Website terms

Terms for the ReaperCI public website and documentation.

Operator and scope

Cameron Low of Ontario, Canada operates this website under the ReaperCI name. These terms cover the public website and documentation. Contact hello@cameronlow.com with questions.

ReaperCI’s self-hosted beta and its source code have their own licences. The managed service remains in private validation and is unavailable for public purchase. This website does not accept payment, create a subscription or promise access. Roadmaps and planned capabilities may change.

Software, content and sample data

The ReaperCI core is offered under the Apache License 2.0; the licence supplied with each software release controls its use, distribution, warranty and patent terms. Third-party components retain their own licences. These website terms do not restrict rights granted by those licences.

Website branding, text and illustrations are owned by Cameron Low or used with permission unless another licence or attribution is stated. Product screenshots use sample data and do not represent customer outcomes. Third-party names identify integrations or comparisons and do not imply endorsement.

Safe use and independent installations

Do not use this site to break the law, interfere with availability, impersonate others, or access information without permission. Follow our security reporting policy when reporting a vulnerability. It cannot authorize testing of someone else’s systems.

If you install ReaperCI yourself, you are responsible for your infrastructure, access permissions, backups, secrets, content rights and applicable obligations. Review installation and upgrade instructions for the release you use. Linking to a third-party service does not make us its operator.

Availability and legal rights

We aim to keep public information accurate, but this evolving beta’s documentation may contain errors or become outdated. Access may be interrupted or changed. There is no website uptime or support-time guarantee. Nothing here excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Ontario and applicable Canadian federal law govern these website terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. Please contact us about a concern so we can try to resolve it. Revised terms apply from the effective date shown here; separate software licences continue to govern the software.
