Privacy notice
How Cameron Low handles information from the ReaperCI website and documentation.
Who operates this website
Cameron Low, an individual based in Ontario, Canada, operates reaperci.dev and docs.reaperci.dev. ReaperCI is a product name. For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, email hello@cameronlow.com.
This notice covers the public website, documentation and correspondence. The managed service remains in private validation; these pages do not enroll you in it. An independently self-hosted ReaperCI installation is controlled by its operator, who determines its configuration, users, data and retention.
Website requests and local storage
Our Hostinger server in the United States receives your IP address, request time, requested address, response status, browser information and referrer to deliver and secure the site. The public website does not set application cookies, store identifiers in browser storage, run advertising or analytics scripts, or offer account and waitlist forms. Your browser can cache public files.
The site uses locally served fonts, scripts and images. Documentation search runs in your browser. Links to Git providers, releases and other websites take you to services governed by their own notices.
Messages and providers
If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments so we can respond, investigate a report or handle your request. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards the public contact address to a Google-hosted mailbox. Those providers may process information outside Canada. Their service and security logs have their own retention practices. Please do not send passwords, private keys or customer records.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for behavioural advertising. We share information with providers needed to operate these services, or when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people and systems.
Retention and your choices
The hosting edge rotates access logs daily and keeps 14 rotated log files. Incident records, separate copies and provider logs may last longer. Correspondence has no automatic deletion schedule; we review it when its purpose ends or you request deletion, subject to legitimate security and legal needs. Deleting an active record does not guarantee immediate removal from all backups or recipients’ copies.
You may ask what personal information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern. We may need proportionate identity verification and will explain a legal or technical limit. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Contacting us for support does not subscribe you to marketing.
Children, security and changes
The website describes developer software and is not designed to collect information from children. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Report concerns through the contact above or our vulnerability disclosure page. We will update this notice when these practices change and show the effective date here.
